Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of EPC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage EPC projects from start to finish, including project scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established targets.
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Manage project change requests and ensure that any changes are properly documented and approved.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make decisions.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Mentor and coach project team members, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to relocate to Taipei, Taiwan.
