Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be at the heart of our customer technology initiatives: driving end-to-end delivery across teams while ensuring quality, predictability and stakeholder confidence at every stage.

In this key role, you will:

  • Own and drive the Agile delivery of digital and technology projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are managed proactively.
  • Act as the central connector between business stakeholders, functional experts and IT teams, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked.
  • Champion structured ways of working, with an eye for continuous improvement and a genuine interest in how AI and emerging technologies can enhance delivery.
  • Communicate with confidence across all levels of the organisation, from day-to-day team coordination to executive-level reporting.

Your job

You take ownership of delivery, managing plans, risks, resources and stakeholder expectations across the full project lifecycle. You bring clarity to complex situations, translating moving parts into structured workstreams with clear accountability.

You work closely with functional experts, architects, developers and business leads to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to the right quality. You facilitate decision-making, escalate blockers early and keep the broader programme on track.

Operating at the heart of customer technology, you stay curious about emerging trends such as AI and agentic AI, and actively contribute to improving delivery practices, knowledge sharing and team capability.

Your background

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or program management, ideally within consulting, digital delivery or technology transformation
  • Experience contributing to digital, customer or technology-driven transformation programmes
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of digital, customer or technology-driven projects
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall or hybrid); certification is a plus
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across business, functional and technical workstreams
  • Comfortable working in customer and digital customer experience technology environments
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce or similar is a strong plus
  • Curiosity and affinity with emerging technologies, including AI and agentic AI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities, confident presenting to senior audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, pragmatic and fast-learning attitude
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch or French
