Description

The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing and creative initiatives across global teams. The individual will work closely with designers, video producers, writers, marketing stakeholders, and project leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, creative services, or related functions who are looking to grow their project management career.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes

• Support day-to-day project execution and delivery.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, Video Production, and Marketing teams.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and changes.
• Follow project governance processes and best practices.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the Marketing Operations team.
• Assist in resource planning and workload tracking.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations before project closure.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or related fields.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, creative, digital, or content-related projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or Smartsheet.
• Exposure to Agile or structured project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Interest in marketing technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.
