Join the Investment Middle Office Change Team and help deliver efficiency and client-driven transformation across IMOS. Partner globally with Operations, Product Development, and Technology to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and improve processes. As a Change & Governance Analyst within the Investment Middle Office Change Team, you manage operational change initiatives and governance activities to support IMOS business priorities. You coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and surface risks early while ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery. You facilitate governance forums and inter-affiliate oversight across regions, supporting compliance with policies, charters, and regulatory expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support project management by tracking milestones, updating progress, and raising issues early.
  • Organize and monitor initiatives by managing deadlines, dependencies, and delivery cadence.
  • Collate accurate status updates from teams and distribute reporting promptly.
  • Escalate delays and risks proactively to enable early resolution and decisioning.
  • Coordinate change activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines.
  • Communicate project requirements clearly and keep stakeholders aligned on expectations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities by observing workflows and assessing risk points.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Technology to test enhancements and provide feedback.
  • Facilitate regional Outsourcing Governance Forums by scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
  • Maintain inter-affiliate records and documentation to support oversight and audit readiness.
  • Monitor adherence to policies and regulations and flag non-compliance for remediation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrate sound product knowledge across trade processing, asset servicing, and IBOR concepts.
  • Apply understanding of outsourcing governance forums and inter-affiliate charters.
  • Deliver strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational execution.
  • Communicate clearly with strong presentation skills and structured updates.
  • Analyze issues with solid troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities with flexibility across regions and time zones.
  • Maintain diligence and compliance focus while coordinating complex initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Leverage prior experience facilitating governance forums and managing meeting cadences.
  • Apply familiarity with regulatory change impacts and inter-affiliate governance expectations.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting with clear milestones, risks, and decisions required.
  • Improve operational resilience by proposing controls and risk-reduction enhancements.
  • Partner effectively with Technology teams on UAT, rollouts, and adoption planning.
  • Standardize documentation and playbooks to improve consistency and auditability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and reducing operational friction.
