In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a dedicated team delivering property asset renewal and disposal strategies. You will lead projects that transform underutilised or non-operational assets into opportunities that benefit regional communities and the diverse people of NSW

You will navigate complex projects and stakeholder relationships to deliver efficiencies and community outcomes in a dynamic environment were collaboration and innovation will be key to your success.

Your project management expertise and property/asset assessment experience, formed across large and diverse portfolios, will see you overcome challenges in stakeholder engagement and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

You will manage end-to-end project planning, development, and implementation for asset renewal and disposal projects in conjunction with building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across government, industry, and communities.

Provide evidence-based recommendations and advice to support decision-making.

Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout project delivery.

This is a Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at the Parramatta or Newcastle office and a further five days to be spent at either the Parramatta or Newcastle office, or another TfNSW location.

About you

You’re recognised as a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator, experienced in asset divestment processes, renewal strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated experience in project management and property/asset assessment.

Knowledge of legislation and divestment processes for state government land and assets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
