Project Manager – Asana Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Asana to drive project planning, execution, and team productivity. You’ll own our Asana setup and workflows, ensuring cross-functional collaboration stays on track and projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Asana project management setup, workflows, and best practices across multiple teams.
• Build, optimize, and report on Asana dashboards and boards to track progress and productivity.
• Ensure clear task ownership, deadlines, and deliverables across all projects.
• Train and coach team members to fully leverage Asana for improved productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and proactively implement solutions.
• Partner with leadership to align Asana projects with business priorities and goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Asana administration, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to hold teams accountable while supporting productivity.
• Experience with creative, marketing, or product teams is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
