Requirements

· Required – Technical Skills

· Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telematics, or related field

· Experience in application development, support, and application services

· Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality

· Knowledge of project management frameworks, PMI, PMP, IPA, ACCEI or similar

· Experience with Agile frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

· Experience with budget management, cost control, forecasting, variance analysis

· Experience managing change requests and project dependencies

· Experience managing vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs

· Experience with project tools, Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow

· Experience with executive reporting, Power BI, advanced Excel

· Experience using AI tools for project management

· Ability to manage complex projects or related project programs

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

· Plan and manage application development projects

· Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations

· Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams

· Manage project activities using Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps

· Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies

· Coordinate scope changes and change requests

· Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and performance indicators

· Maintain stakeholder communication and project alignment

· Identify risks and define mitigation plans

· Prepare executive reports and project performance updates

· Lead complex projects or related project programs

· Drive project teams toward successful delivery and continuous improvement
