UNISYST ENGINEERING LIMITED

Unisyst Engineering Limited, a part of Hayleys Construction & Engineering sector, is a pioneer in manufacturing and supplying high quality architectural aluminum joinery systems, glazing and façade products with modern state-of-art processing facility In Sri Lanka with 4 decades of legacy behind.

PROJECT MANAGER (Aluminum)

Specifically to manage projects under Unisyst with aluminum joinery systems, glazing and façade scopes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare necessary resources such as manpower, machinery, raw materials, etc. to manage Project expenses below/within the allocated budgets.
• Ensure projects’ day-to-day progress and review with relevant parties against the timeline goals.
• Manage the cost analysis aspect for Construction Projects by planning and rescheduling according to budget and physical plan of activities.
• Initiating positive client relationships thereby coordinating with the client and main contractor and head office.
• Ensure effective implementation of Safety & Quality standards by guiding the team, solving day-to-day issues, and proper maintenance of documentation.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) qualification or equivalent.
• Should have 5 -10 years of experience in the construction field and 3 years in the capacity of Project Manager.
• Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel.
• Experience with Aluminum systems is an added advantage.
