Job Description

IT Project Manager responsible for leading client onboarding projects, the technical remediation plan for the IT platform, and ISO 27001 certification initiatives. The candidate will coordinate business, IT, and cybersecurity teams, ensure project governance, monitor risks, and guarantee compliance with commitments, security standards, and the organization's transformation objectives.

Mission Objectives

1. Management of Client Onboarding Projects

• Coordinate the technical integration of new clients.
• Lead application deployments, interfaces, EDI/API data flows, and required infrastructure.
• Ensure coordination between business teams, IT teams, clients, and external partners.
• Guarantee adherence to commitments, timelines, and quality criteria.
• Manage associated risks, dependencies, and action plans.

1. Management of the Technical Remediation Plan

• Monitor the execution of the technical remediation roadmap.
• Prioritize actions related to technical debt, security, performance, and platform resilience.
• Coordinate technical teams in implementing corrective actions.
• Produce regular reports for management and governance committees.

1. Coordination of the ISO 27001, GDPR, and Compliance Program

• Lead projects related to obtaining or maintaining certification.
• Coordinate compliance activities aligned with standard requirements.
• Participate in the monitoring of internal and external audits.
• Oversee action plans resulting from audits and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project schedules and plans.
• Organize steering committees and ensure project governance.
• Monitor budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective communication with business and IT stakeholders.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards.
• Produce progress indicators and executive reports.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Strong experience in client deployment and IT transformation projects.
• Good understanding of application architectures, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ISO 27001 certification or compliance programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Professional-level English is mandatory.
