About the job

Cronos Europa is looking for a Project Manager (AI training) with a strong focus on Change Management, Communication, and Training to support strategic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Management initiatives within a major European Institution.

In this role, you will contribute to the successful adoption of innovative digital solutions by designing and delivering communication, training, and user engagement activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to ensure effective knowledge transfer, increased user adoption, and smooth organizational change. Based on the requirements of the technical specifications, the mission focuses on supporting AI-related initiatives and end-user adoption programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective training strategies aligned with business and project objectives.
• Create training modules, user guides, learning materials, and adoption content.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and user support to facilitate successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Collect, analyse, and follow up on user feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of Knowledge Base repositories and Knowledge Articles.
• Develop communication and change management strategies to promote awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Produce high-quality communication materials, including presentations, FAQs, newsletters, intranet content, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and change initiatives.
• Provide support to additional Information Management and digital transformation projects when required.
• Monitor adoption metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Profile requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Change Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, change management, training delivery, or user adoption programmes.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or information management projects.
• Experience working within European Institutions or public sector environments is considered a strong asset.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and user adoption strategies.
• Experience creating learning materials, training documentation, and knowledge management content.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Base management and content governance practices.
• Ability to design and execute communication plans targeting diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their organizational impact is an asset.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within multicultural and international teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French and/or other EU languages is considered an advantage.
