Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager - AI Service Delivery Lead to serve as a blended technical and project management leader across AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives. This role bridges business strategy and technical delivery, requiring someone comfortable translating complex requirements into actionable solutions while managing stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Serve as blended Project Manager and Technical Lead across AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, process gaps, and success criteria
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation considerations
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, project meetings, discovery sessions, and technical working sessions
• Support marketing technology discussions across platforms, integrations, workflows, AI enablement, and automation opportunities
• Develop or coordinate quick proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and status reporting
• Coordinate across Marketing, IT, platform owners, delivery teams, and external consultants

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in project management and technology delivery
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven background in business analysis, requirements documentation, and technical solution leadership
• Expert-level stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences
• Experience with proof-of-concept development, process improvement, automation, marketing technology, CRM, and DAM platforms
• Ability to lead and influence peers in a matrix environment while managing competing priorities
