We are currently working with a leading agile technology team in search of a project manager that can be the bridge between stake holders and the agile development team.
Communication is the key to a project success, and when it comes to a truly agile development environment, it's even more so...as this task falls to the PMs of this company.
To be considered for this role, you have to have a development background so that you can relate to the agile team whilst possessing strong project experience in working closely with stakeholders, and in fact you will be more of a mentor to the development staff than purely a manager of projects so experience leading small development teams would be ideal.
