Job Description

As the Project Manager Aftermarket, you will play a pivotal role in our Aftermarket team, managing a diverse portfolio of service and upgrade projects for customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will extend beyond project execution, as you actively contribute to enhancing our international aftermarket organization. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on our service capabilities and overall business success.

• Manage aftermarket projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful commercial and operational execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for further aftermarket business.
• Balance project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations to deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involving Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Field Service.
• Lead internal improvement projects to enhance cooperation between GustoMSC and other NOV entities.
• Integrate service capabilities and support across the international NOV organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardization across entities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption within the organization.
• Translate customer project insights into practical improvements for the Aftermarket team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams and cultures.
• BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on aftermarket, service, or offshore projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships and create cross-functional alignment.
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a lasting impact.
• Experience working in a multinational environment, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
