As a Project Manager – Aftermarket, you will be responsible for managing execution of aftermarket orders – parts and valves for customers in Korea, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety. You will act as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, driving order execution excellence and customer satisfaction

As Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end execution of aftermarket orders – parts & valves from order entry to order closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
  • Monitor and control contract scope, schedule, cost, and risks in accordance with Baker Hughes project management processes.
  • Prepare and maintain required documentation, schedules, progress reports, and risk registers.
  • Identify and manage order risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal policies, and applicable quality and HSE standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Approximately 5 years of technical order management experience, preferably in aftermarket, services, or industrial projects.
  • Experience managing customer‑facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Team player able to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Experience in the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, or project management tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Native level Korean fluency required
