Job Description
Audubon is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will contribute and support the planning and execution of asset integrity and corrosion projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, communicating project status with stake holders, scheduling meetings, management of change and maintaining project documentation including technical, financial and quality reports. This is role based out of our Tulsa, OK office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with management regarding project goals and outcomes.
- Supports / streamlines existing project execution processes / procedures. Design and implement change as directed by management.
- Provide day-to-day project support and coordination Works with Audubon back-office support, human resources, safety, accounting, finance, procurement, legal, etc., as needed.
- Minimize project risk / exposure. Plan for and implement change as management
- Ensure project files are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Manages e project time and expense entries.
- Recommends project revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors project planned, earned and spent budgets.
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree required.
- 1-5+ years experience preferred.
- Microsoft Project and Excel experience.
- Works to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the project team.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
