Job Summary:
Service Painting Corp. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee our commercial painting and waterproofing projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Estimate and Bid Projects: Review project requests and prepare accurate bids.
Budget Management: Develop clear budgets for materials, labor, and other project costs.
Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality work.
Project Oversight: Use project management tools to track progress and keep details organized.
Team Collaboration: Partner with teammates to ensure smooth project execution.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of project costs, materials, and labor in the painting/coatings industry.
Plan & Document Expertise: Confidence in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and other project documents.
Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and keeping projects on track.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with project management software and tracking tools.
Attention to Detail: Precision in calculations and budget planning.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least two years related experience required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
