Job Purpose

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager – Business Systems, based in Malmö, Sweden.

You will be responsible for coordinating technology and business systems projects from planning through to completion, working closely with software development teams, technical leads and business stakeholders across multiple countries.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international environment where you will manage several projects simultaneously, contribute to planning and prioritization, and help deliver solutions that support our business operations and customer-facing functions.

Main Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Project Planning and Monitoring: Define project plans, milestones, timelines, resources and deliverables, monitoring progress and addressing deviations.
• Managing Multiple Projects: Oversee several projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility of priorities, dependencies, risks and progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders and teams across different countries to understand requirements, manage expectations and facilitate decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate software developers, technical leads and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identify potential risks, blockers and dependencies, coordinating actions to keep projects on track.
• Scope and Change Management: Monitor project scope and requirements, supporting changes and adapting plans as business priorities evolve.
• Budget and Resource Planning: Contribute to budget preparation, resource planning and initiatives for the following financial year.
• Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders and management informed about project status, milestones, risks, outstanding decisions and changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Help improve project management practices, ways of working and collaboration across Business Systems and the wider organization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing technology, IT or business systems projects from planning through to delivery.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development environments and technology projects.
• Experience managing project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience working in an international environment with geographically distributed teams.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with budget planning, resource allocation and project reporting.
• Experience working in technology companies, IT departments or business systems environments.
• A proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can change.
