The Technical Project Manager will oversee project execution for assigned technical workstreams within the PHISH program, ensuring effective coordination across engineering, cyber operations, and customer stakeholders. • Support financial and administrative tracking for assigned work areas (but not at full program‑level depth)
  • Ensure work is executed in compliance with contract requirements and established processes
  • Assist with resource planning and staffing coordination
  • Contribute to the delivery and quality of technical artifacts, documentation, and CDRLs
  • Maintain awareness of customer technical needs and facilitate issue resolution
  • Identify process improvements, technical efficiencies, and opportunities to advance mission outcomes
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance work environment aligned with Leidos values

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI security clearance is preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree
  • Experience managing technical or IT-focused projects within environments of similar scale or complexity
  • Working knowledge of defensive cyber operations, IT infrastructure, system monitoring, or endpoint technologies
  • Experience supporting or coordinating technology procurement or fielding efforts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with technical and government audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, and project documentation in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with DISA J6 or familiarity with its mission
  • 3–5+ years of DoD IT project management or technical leadership experience
  • PMI: Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner or similar certificate
  • DoD 8140: Intermediate IT Project Manager (802) certification (ex. Sec+, SecX, CISSP, CISA…)
  • Prior experience supporting cyber operations or large‑scale enterprise IT environments
