We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of multiple projects from discovery through delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, business partners, and third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on schedule and within budget.

Create, manage, and execute detailed project plans supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and budget.
Define project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with leadership and key stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage project resources, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track work progress.
Monitor project financials, maintain budget oversight, and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings involving large audiences and complex subject matter.
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level communications to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Manage stakeholder expectations through strategic discussions, presentations, and written communications.
Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Support software development, web application, and mobile application initiatives.
Manage change control processes and ensure project alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project performance metrics and compile status reporting for upper management.
Lead project testing, documentation, training planning, and knowledge transfer activities.
Execute project closeout activities including final deliverables, lessons learned, operational transition, and project documentation.
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
