*This role will be on-site as needed. Manager is open to Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL but there is a strong preference for Peoria. This Project/Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across several technology and analytics teams, including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), and Reporting & Insights. They will provide support to teams who are responsible for building dashboards and reporting functions that helps product and business leaders make better decisions. Candidates with experience supporting one of the following are highly desirable: Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Automation teams. This individual will be responsible for managing the intake, prioritization, tracking, and communication of a growing volume of work requests while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role will play a critical part in providing visibility into ongoing initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational workstreams. Duties: Serve as the primary coordination point for work across Data Engineering, BI, Reporting & Insights, Insights Hub, and Email Automation teams. Manage the intake and prioritization process for incoming project requests, enhancements, and support needs. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and align on timelines. Maintain visibility into project portfolios, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and delivery status. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and program reviews to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned. Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively identify roadblocks or competing priorities. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, reporting dashboards, and executive-level communications. Escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints appropriately while driving resolution. Establish and improve program governance, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and reporting mechanisms. Collaborate with team leads and managers to ensure work is appropriately planned and coordinated across teams. Support strategic planning efforts by providing insights into team capacity, project demand, and upcoming initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Automation teams. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
