In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Project lead time and on time delivery for products and documentation
• Customer change order management requests
• Ensuring customer specifications are met or commented on
• Margin uplift
• Managing critical path and managing execution risk
• Communication Internally and externally – effective management of all stakeholders

• You excel in complex, fast-moving environments and balance strong technical understanding with effective stakeholder management. You take ownership, remain composed under pressure, and lead teams with clarity and confidence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in Japanese and English.
• Self starting and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
