At Esri UK, we power the decisions that shape everyday life - often in ways people don’t even realise.
We’re the UK’s leading provider of geographic information systems (GIS), with the largest pool of GIS expertise in the country. Put simply, we help organisations understand the world through the lens of location - turning data into insight, and insight into action.
And that matters more than you might think.
Every day, millions of decisions rely on GIS.
• Retailers use GIS for site selection and demographic modelling
• Insurance companies use GIS to make decisions around risk exposure
• Governments use GIS to reduce costs and provide online services for citizens
• Utility companies use GIS to help maintain and locate assets across the UK, driving better customer service
• Housing associations use GIS to manage estate repairs and reduce costs
• Police forces use GIS to reduce crime and improve public safety
And it’s not just about technology - it’s about connection. Esri UK supports more than 10,000 organisations across public and private sectors, all part of a thriving global community of over a million GIS users worldwide.
Together, we’re helping people ask better questions, see the bigger picture, and make smarter decisions about the places we live, work, and rely on every day.
It's about why the where matters.
