Your Team Overview/ Department: Reliability Experience / Outage Management department works on quicker outage detection before customers are aware of the outage. When outage is generated, we automatically deliver proactive notifications along with estimated repair times via customers preferred method of communication. More new functionalities are now been added to the roadmap to include intersection of planned maintenance and unplanned outage, earlier detection using additional data sources, etc. Story behind the need/key projects: As the Reliability Experience / Outage Management ecosystem continues to grow into unplanned, planned maintenance and other use cases, a need for additional project management personnel. To support Troubleshooting and Appointment projects on top of Outage Management projects. Day to day management of all assigned projects. Utilize PM processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and leadership expectations using appropriate tools.
