Position Summary

The position is to lead multiple projects as assigned in close coordination with account / program management. This position will execute complex / high risk projects in adherence to strict budget, schedule, and scope as outlined in the customer contract. This position will also lead special projects as required.

What you will be doing

· Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering results on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

· Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks and create contingency and mitigation plans.

· Prepare and deliver project progress reports (schedule, cost vs. budget, risks, tasks, etc.) to executive management

· Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within the project and build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

· Assess project status via onsite meetings and work with contractors concerning generator set installation.

· Drive project excellence through risk management, change control, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

Basic Requirements:

· Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience in customer project execution.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in customer project execution.

· Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

· JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.

· In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in customer project execution.

· In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent. Resident Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. 

Preferred Requirements:

· PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

· Experience leading complex customer or business projects from initiation through completion.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience supporting project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.

$98,566 - $160,169-Annually
