• Lead the delivery of business-critical technology projects that help shape the future of Qantas Group.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic technology initiatives that support our transformation agenda and drive meaningful business outcomes. Working across a portfolio of projects, you'll lead end-to-end delivery, balancing commercial outcomes, stakeholder expectations and business priorities. You'll bring people together to navigate complexity, remove roadblocks and ensure solutions are delivered successfully, creating value for both our customers and employees.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, from planning and governance through to implementation and business adoption.
• Strong project management expertise, including scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk and dependency management, with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects of varying size, complexity and investment value within large, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across senior leaders, business teams, technology teams and external vendors.
• Experience establishing effective governance frameworks, leading steering committees and providing clear and transparent project reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project investment, expenditure, forecasting and vendor relationships to deliver business value.
• Experience driving organisational change, business readiness and adoption initiatives as part of broader transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean and contemporary delivery methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Strong risk, issue and operational service management capability, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate challenges to successful delivery.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, technology or a related discipline, coupled with 4+ years' experience delivering complex technology projects.
