Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify delays, dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and take proactive actions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project meetings, maintain action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk registers, and project dashboards.
• Provide regular project status updates to management, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues when required.
• Manage project scope and ensure changes are properly evaluated, prioritized, documented, and communicated.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to support feature prioritization based on business value, customer needs, effort, and project objectives.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and team productivity.
• Maintain and effectively use project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Support post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, project lifecycles, timelines, dependencies, and delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Git projects, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Sound knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively drive projects forward.
• Experience in gathering requirements, defining project scope, and supporting feature prioritization.
• Ability to prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Self-driven, accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of project outcomes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
