Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: $7,000 - $10,000, commensurate with experience.
• Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay.
• Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.

Office Location & Working Hours

• Location: Tai Seng.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
• Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
• Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years Working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
