Job Description

The Project Manager I provides coordination and analytical support across the program. The role operates and maintains the program's working records, prepares supporting analysis and evidence, and supports the wider team's execution. This is a delivery seat with an active contribution expectation, not an administrative one, and the role is a development path into the Project Manager II and BSA seats over the life of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain program trackers, logs, registers and working records to the agreed standard.
• Prepare supporting analysis, data extracts, comparison sets and evidence packs for the BSA and PM team.
• Capture decisions, actions and open items from working sessions and drive follow-up to closure.
• Support data cleanup, reconciliation and validation execution under direction from the BSA team.
• Compile inputs for status reporting and maintain reporting artefacts on the agreed cadence.
• Support scheduling, coordination and documentation across assigned functional areas.
• Perform overnight or off-shift preparation and data runs where this benefits the onshore working day.

Required experience

• 5 + years of project coordination, analyst support or comparable delivery experience on enterprise programs.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated discipline in maintaining accurate working records.
• Practical spreadsheet and data-handling capability.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to work a dedicated shift pattern providing overlap with US Eastern business hours.
• Experience working within GxP-regulated environments.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to a system transition, migration or implementation program.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and reporting tooling.

• Works to the direction and priorities set by the assigned Client workstream lead or program owner.
• Maintains transparent, timely status against assigned activities and escalates blockers early rather than at the point of impact.
• Documents decisions, actions and open items so that context is held in the program record and not solely with the individual.
• Cross-trains across adjacent functional areas to provide coverage redundancy within the Milestone team.

Compliance and environment

• Works entirely within Client's systems, tools and environments. No client data is moved to, stored in or processed on external tooling without Client's express written approval.
• Operates within a GxP-regulated environment and follows Client's data privacy, data integrity, information security and records-retention standards at all times.
• Completes all Client-mandated onboarding, access provisioning and compliance training before commencing project activity.
• Participates in Milestone's structured program induction covering program context, stakeholder map, ways of working and tooling.
