Job Title: Project Manager 3

Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

• Serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS Accounts Receivable and Collections (ARC) project.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Support software development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment activities.
• Use Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle and project management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirement:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Associate's degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, SADLC, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting financial, debt management, payment processing, or case management systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multiple Agile teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Scrum certification such as SSM, SASM, CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with QA, regression testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation is preferred.
