Overview

A Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing—to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. They work across industries such as engineering, construction, technology, healthcare, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Assign tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Oversee procedures, evaluate performance, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and gaps.
