We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will support program leadership in ensuring projects are executed smoothly and seamlessly and will own operational logistics across multiple teams. Project Managers assist with program-level reporting, own successful team onboarding, track and manage logistical work at the program level, facilitate program ceremonies, and more. You will be a good fit if you have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is contingent upon successful Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) suitability determination.

Responsibilities:

• Support program reporting, including status updates, milestones, action items, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery coordination across project teams.
• Create and maintain work items, ensuring tickets reflect agreed requirements, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Formalize stakeholder direction into actionable work, track open questions and dependencies, and follow items through resolution.
• Support backlog organization, delivery planning, and prioritization.
• Maintain resource forecasts and support program financial tracking, including staffing plans, utilization, burn, and anticipated changes.
• Coordinate program communications, product release readiness evaluations, production support ticket operations, team meetings, documentation, and team onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain team rosters, collaboration channels, and other shared program resources.

• Agile Facilitation: Effectively facilitates team ceremonies and supports healthy backlog management and delivery practices.
• Judgment and Adaptability: Operates effectively in ambiguous environments, identifies where clarification or escalation is needed, and adjusts as priorities change.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to federal contract requirements. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal suitability or Public Trust determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role supporting software development teams in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience supporting federal government programs or working in the government contracting industry.
• Experience using Agile/Kanban practices and project management tools to organize work, maintain backlogs, track dependencies, and support delivery.
• Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, program financial tracking, or similar project management functions.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience supporting federal digital services or modernization programs.
• Experience supporting projects for data platforms and data solutions

eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.

Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.

$115,800-$140,000
