We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
• Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients.
• Experience managing implementations or implementation projects.
• Strong English communication skills, especially in client-facing environments.
• Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong ownership and accountability throughout project processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• English level C1 – Advanced.
