The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination and execution of complex, cross-functional work across Communications, Marketing, Digital and Research at U.S. Travel. This role manages a portfolio of high-priority initiatives spanning multiple teams and functions, from major one-time efforts, such as the ustravel.org website redesign and brand identity implementation, to recurring programs.
This person serves as the central point of coordination across internal teams, agency partners and vendors. They establish clear project governance — plans, roles, timelines and decision points — and manage stakeholder communication throughout. The role brings structure, accountability and transparency to multiple concurrent workstreams while proactively identifying risks, resolving roadblocks and keeping work moving forward.
