Project Manager

Shanghai | Full Time | Unlimited

Your tasks

• Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve project schedule, cost, quality, and technical objectives.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-regional project teams, coordinate resources, and take overall responsibility for project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project costs, schedules, risks, and change requests to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of project documentation, data, and related information.
• Ensure compliance with and promote adherence to GMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 management system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project management processes and facilitate the sharing of best practices.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of R&D project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, risk management, and change management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
