Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

• Proven experience managing technology intake, demand management, or portfolio operations in a fast-paced engineering or telecom environment.
• Proficiency with Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking platform — including backlog management, custom fields, dashboards, filter configuration, and workflow design.
• Experience standing up and facilitating governance cadences: triage reviews, aging reviews, stakeholder forums, and executive readouts.
• Strong consultative communication skills: ability to ask the right questions, surface tradeoffs clearly, and help leadership make faster and better-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability without micromanagement — setting clear expectations, following through, and enforcing closure discipline.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity: able to take an undefined or broken process and create structure that teams and stakeholders actually use and trust.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models in a technology or infrastructure organization.
• Strong written communication: able to produce concise, leadership-ready summaries, dashboards, and status updates without over-engineering the process.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and escalate blockers promptly and clearly.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
