As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Data Center projects, overseeing project execution from installation through testing and commissioning. You will work closely with customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives.

You’ll create impact by:

  • Project Execution & Delivery: Lead and oversee Data Center projects, ensuring successful execution of project scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Testing, Commissioning & Technical Support: Manage and support relay testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical activities for electrical systems throughout project execution.
  • Automation & System Integration: Support the implementation and integration of automation systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and operational requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive project progress, address challenges, and achieve project milestones.
  • Project Financial Management: Manage project Profit & Loss, cash flow, and overall project performance to support successful business and project outcomes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, test reports, commissioning records, and project updates in accordance with project and customer requirements.
  • Safety, Quality & Operational Excellence: Ensure all project activities comply with Siemens and customer safety, quality, and operational standards while providing technical guidance and support during installation and commissioning phases.

Your Defining Qualities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong technical foundation in electrical systems and project execution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relay testing, commissioning, electrical automation, or related project environments, with hands-on exposure to site-based project execution and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of protection relays, SCADA systems, automation solutions, and communication protocols, with certification in Protection Relay Testing (e.g., Omicron, Siemens, Schneider, SEL, or ABB) considered an advantage.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation, with familiarity in data center infrastructure and high-voltage electrical systems being advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose technical issues, support commissioning activities, and deliver practical solutions in a dynamic project environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project milestones and successful delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in site-based environments and travel as required, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and project delivery. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, CIDB, or equivalent) and Siemens product training or certifications would be advantageous.

In return, we offer you:
