Leads strategic and highly complex New Product
Introduction (NPI) programs.

• 
  Responsible for developing project strategies,
  governing execution across multiple functions, driving organizational
  alignment, managing significant business risks, and ensuring successful
  commercialization and operational readiness.
• 
  Provides leadership, mentorship,
  and strategic direction to project teams and stakeholders.
• 
  Leads cross-functional teams responsible for the
  planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• 
  Responsible for schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement,
  and ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, quality, cost, and
  timeline requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of Project Management experience or
  Bachelors + 4 years of Project Management experience or
  Associates + 8 years of Project Management experience
• 
  Handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
• 
  Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral (
  writing and presentations).
• 
  Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.
• 
  Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• 
  Change Control experience.
