The Project Manager is responsible for successfully accomplishing defined project objectives. This includes creating clear and attainable goals, developing project requirements, and managing key project constraints such as cost, time, scope, and quality.

In this role, the Project Manager may oversee multiple projects or areas, depending on the needs of the business. They often serve as the primary representative of the client, ensuring that project deliverables align with contractual obligations and client expectations. Acting as a bridge between the client and the production team, the Project Manager plays a critical role in communication, coordination, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct all in-house preconstruction meetings
  • Prepare required documents for all client preconstruction meetings
  • Attend project meetings as needed to assist in issue resolutions
  • Communicate with Operation Manager and Supervisors as needed to assist in completion of work changes to projects
  • Mediate between team members and client.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to capture future projects and revenue
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Shooter and Lindsey, a Juniper Company, employees to foster, aid, and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
  • Project a favorable image of Shooter and Lindsey, a Juniper Company to promote its aim and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all our areas of endeavor
  • Direct billing to A/R with all change orders and/or work orders, carefully capturing work outside of the scope obtaining, proper documentation from Clients as necessary
  • Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Track and report job milestones
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members
  • Order materials for Projects in a timely manner for projects to stay on schedule.
  • Budgets Material- landscape, irrigation, sod, subcontractors, lighting, hardscape Labor Hours- landscape, irrigation, sod, lighting, hardscape
  • Review plans and provide correct plan for Juniper Supervisor, confirming Shooter and Lindsey, a Juniper Company is installing the latest plan revision
  • Ultimately responsible for profitability of job and client satisfaction and retention
