Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICT projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.
  • Define project strategies, scope, deliverables, work plans, and implementation approaches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor project activities, guiding project teams and reviewing deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, quality plans, status reports, and other project documentation, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessment, issue management, quality control, and change management activities, implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Estimate and manage project costs, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies to ensure delivery within agreed constraints.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets, taking action where deviations occur.
  • Organize and participate in functional working groups, project progress meetings, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring effective communication, decision-making, and follow-up.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Information Systems development projects.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. CAPM, PM², PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience applying them in complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and the System Development Life Cycle .
  • Experience in quality management, project governance, risk management, and reporting to steering committees or senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with iterative, incremental, and adaptive delivery approaches, including Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application in business or IT environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of French (B1 level or higher) is considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, autonomy, customer orientation, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality results in a structured and methodical manner.
