Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned turnkey projects following shipment.
Schedule and coordinate installation services with contractors.
Represent NWS in project meetings as required.
Ensure on-time shipment of materials and accurate product counts for each assigned project.
Coordinate with Accounting to invoice at defined project milestones in accordance with NWS terms and conditions.
Oversee project execution to ensure contractual obligations are met on assigned projects.
Provide or arrange training for customer personnel on proper operation of rack systems.
Ensure installation contractors comply with all safety policies and protocols.
Prepare and maintain reports related to project progress, costs, and scheduling.
Travel frequently (25%–50%) to sales meetings, customer offices, and jobsites as needed.
Demonstrate a strong sense of project ownership in all aspects of the role.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of engineering, detailing, and fabrication practices.
Interpret and apply technical documents, including drawings, bills of materials, engineering documents, and shop orders.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve field issues and back charges in a timely manner.
Proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues and communicate cost-effective solutions.
Initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
