As a key player on our team, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.

Key Objectives

• Lead and oversee software projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, developers, and clients.

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to leadership and clients.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

• Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Salary: 95K - 140K USD a year
