Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of facilities management projects, asset renewals, building improvements, minor capital works, and Design & Build projects across the Queenstown Lakes District.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
As Project Manager, you'll oversee a varied programme of work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
You'll be responsible for:
• Leading projects from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover
• Managing budgets, forecasting, procurement and contract administration
• Building trusted relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Identifying risks and driving continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality project delivery
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
You'll thrive in this role if you're a practical, solutions-focused Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, managing competing priorities, and delivering successful outcomes.
You'll bring:
• 5+ years' experience delivering construction, facilities management, property, infrastructure or capital works projects
• Strong project delivery, commercial and contract management experience
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients, contractors and consultants
• Experience delivering projects through planning, procurement, delivery and handover
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A commitment to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental outcomes
• A full New Zealand Driver Licence
You'll stand out if you have Design & Build experience, knowledge of NZS3910 contracts, facilities management project experience, or a relevant qualification and project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
