We are seeking a highly organized and performance-focused Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects throughout the full project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope and budget, requiring strong leadership, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects and programs from requirements through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Drive consistent execution by using consistent PMO delivery methodologies, best practices, and compliance with required processes and controls.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including workplans, business requirements, executive presentations, and status reporting.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Execute project plans using appropriate methodologies / systems

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Provide executive-level communication and leadership updates, including progress, risks, mitigation strategies, financial impacts, and delivery confidence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or escalations effectively

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Motivate team members and foster collaboration and accountability
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and remove obstacles impacting delivery

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating only when required to protect scope, schedule, or financial targets.
  • Track and manage issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes

Budget & Resource Management

  • Ensure financial integrity of projects, including cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and management of budget changes.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Track vendor performance and manage third-party relationships when applicable

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Enforce project governance, processes, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations

Project Closure & Evaluation

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed and accepted
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
  • Provide final project reports and performance evaluations
  • Support transition to operations or ongoing support teams



Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 years of large project management experience
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Technical & Professional Skills
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting and financial tracking
  • Risk and change management
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) perferred not require

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements for this position are typical for a sedentary office environment, including considerable time spent in a stationary position, at a desk using a computer terminal and keyboard. Movement about the office and standing are required occasionally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment for this position is typical for an office, including protection from weather conditions and usual office equipment noise.
