CCS Facility Services is excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager to oversee our janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empirearea. This salaried position is integral to our operations, requiring a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive oversight of our cleaning crews. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of cleaning services, ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Manage employees and accounts in the Orange County/Inland Empire
Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews,optimizingefficiency andproductivity.
Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills andknowledge.
Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies,maintainingoperationalreadiness.
Tracking employee hours and pay using company softwareandtechnology.
Collaborate closely withthecustomer to guarantee thetimelycompletion of cleaning tasks and special projects, fostering strong clientrelationships.
Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe workingenvironment.
Undertakingadditionaltasks and administrative duties asrequired, contributing to the overall success of theoperations.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated supervisory experience,showcasingleadership and organizationalskills.
Bilingualproficiencyin English and Spanish preferred
Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean drivingrecord.Company Car will be provided.
