What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
We're looking for a confident and capable Project Manager who can quickly step into a busy portfolio and deliver results.
You'll bring:
• 5+ years' experience managing projects valued between $500k and $1M+
• A strong background in commercial contracting or project management
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on contractual commitments
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and project performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and Procore
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a trade-related discipline
• Site Safety certification and a full Class 1 driver's licence
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification (preferred)
Most importantly, you'll be a proactive relationship-builder who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve great outcomes for clients and communities alike.
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
As Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing projects end-to-end, from scoping and pricing through to delivery and close-out
• Leading construction, refurbishment, building upgrade and maintenance projects
• Managing project budgets, procurement, programming and contract administration
• Building and maintaining strong client, stakeholder and subcontractor relationships
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Monitoring project performance and driving continuous improvement opportunities
• Supporting operational teams to achieve successful project outcomes
• Championing Citycare Property's values and commitment to sustainable delivery
