Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for quote projects profitability measured defined/responsible for customer individual project running healthy. Assist BU/PG to successfully implement projects into mass production, on schedule and maintain or based on award profit improvement; To achieve strategic objectives.负责报价项目利润有可实施的措施/负责客户新项目及变更项目的健康运行, 协助事业部/产品组贯彻执行项目成功量产，按期且保持或基于定点利润提升;以实现战略目标。
• As project management of BU AC China clients follows Schaeffler processes (such as PDP processes, etc.) and specific processes of related clients. responsible for planning the G20 quotation phase of the project. BU AC中国区客户的项目管理，按照公司流程（如PDP流程等）及相关客户的特定流程，负责项目G20报价阶段的规划。
• Selection and identifying the product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which include product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirements etc. 根据客户要求选择和识别产品和工艺的特殊特性，包括产品法律法规、适用功能和装配要求等。

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher , mechaical design, industrial engineering and relates fields本科及以上学历，机械设计/工业工程等相关专业。
• Professional experience: 3-5 years of project management work experience. 专业经验：具备3-5年的项目管理工作经验。
• Project and/or process experience: project management and product development procedures. 项目或过程经验：项目管理和产品开发程序。
• Technology: Product Knowledge. 技术：产品知识。
• Having innovative thinking, Leading change, assertiveness, interaction, customer-oriented. 具有创新思维，引领变革，自信，互动，以客户为导向。
• Proicient in English, Jananese language bonus points. 熟练的英语能力，日语加分项。
