What will you do as Project Manager – Digital Transformation?
You will join the Digital Transformation team of HEINEKEN Global Procurement, an exciting team that delivers high impact projects, at the intersection of business and technology, to the full global procurement organization.
The Digital Transformation team is part of the Procurement Enablement department. This department ensures that procurement colleagues in 70+ countries are equipped with efficient processes, clear standards & controls, and high-end data and technology.
In this role, you will drive the enablement of Procurement initiatives across HEINEKEN’s global procurement landscape, leveraging data and technology to deliver structured, high-impact transformation.
You will work closely with Category teams,Digital & Technology, Operating Companies, and Suppliers, to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, ensuring consistent execution and sustainable value creation across the Source-to-Pay processes and in category specific domains.
As a key connector across functions and geographies, you will bring structure, governance and momentum to digital transformation initiatives, supporting HEINEKEN’s ambition to build a more efficient, data-driven and future-ready procurement organization.

Autonomous Project Leadership & Delivery
You lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects that enable the Source-to-Pay process and/or category specific Procurement capabilities
Translate business needs into clear project scopes, objectives and delivery plans
Ensure disciplined execution across timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
Capability Building & Value Creation
Perform capability assessments (“as-is” vs “to-be”) along different dimensions to ensure an integrated change strategy and project approach (f.e. Structure, Process, People, Governance, Technology, etc.)
Co-create business cases with Category teams and Business Control
Drive initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable business value
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Engage and manage stakeholders across functions, seniority levels and geographies
Collaborate effectively across business, D&T and Procurement teams
Drive alignment and ensure adoption of solutions to embed lasting change
