PROJECT MANAGER

Location Timisoara, Romania

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate a diverse range of product development tasks with a complex, interdisciplinary project team for commercial, agricultural, off-highway vehicles and other special applications;
• Plan and execute medium-complexity application projects in the sensors and lighting products area.
• Steer work packages and milestones within the project team using prescribed methods and systems.
• Lead international projects with a focus on high performance and achieving predefined goals.
• Support planning, tracking, and achievement of project, quality, timing, and commercial targets.
• Engage in customer discussions and support product industrialization activities.
• Lead cross-functional meetings through effective communication and moderation.
• Work flexibly in a diverse environment and travel occasionally when required.
• Work proficiently in written and spoken English.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience coordinating and executing international projects with a focus on high performance and predefined goals.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development process (V-cycle).
• General knowledge of electronics, software, and mechanical design.
• General knowledge of project, quality, timing, and commercial target management.
• Previous experience in customer discussions and basic knowledge of product industrialization.
• Advanced communication and moderation skills for leading cross-functional meetings.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and occasional travel.
• Proficient in writing, reading, and speaking English.
