About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team player to join our Services organisation as a Project Manager. Services is at the heart of our customer delivery journey, responsible for client onboarding, delivery governance, change requests, migrations, training and successful transition into business-as-usual support.

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of customer projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope and with a strong focus on customer outcomes across Infront Trading solutions. You will work closely with Solution Consultants, Technical Consultants, Customer Success, IT Operations, Product, Sales and Customer Care to keep delivery structured, transparent, collaborative and outcome-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Own project planning and delivery for onboarding, implementation, migration and change initiatives, including timelines, milestones, scope, resources and dependencies.
  • Manage project governance, risks, issues, actions and change requests, ensuring clear ownership, timely resolution and transparent communication.
  • Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders across Services, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, IT Operations, Customer Success and Customer Care.
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, steering committees and go-live activities, driving decisions, actions and successful delivery.
  • Ensure smooth transition into BAU support, including documentation, ownership, readiness and hypercare.
  • Monitor project health, resources and timelines, proactively escalating risks and protecting customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and support pre-sales and handover activities where required.

Who you are

  • Experience in project management, professional services delivery, implementation management or a similar customer-facing delivery role.
  • Proven ability to manage software implementation, onboarding, migration or change projects in a structured, disciplined and results-oriented way.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring customer teams and multiple internal functions together around a common goal.
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence leading status meetings, governance forums and issue resolution discussions.
  • Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, RAID logs, dependencies and change control in a delivery environment.
  • Good understanding of software delivery lifecycles and how functional, technical and operational workstreams come together to deliver successful outcomes.
  • An understanding of financial markets, trading workflows or capital markets technology, with a strong willingness to deepen product and domain expertise.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Services, IT Operations, Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales and Product teams.
  • A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and focused on delivering results.
