We are looking for an experienced project manager who strongly contributes to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams and ensure each project phase is completed on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction. The ideal candidate will focus on accomplishing the targets of the different projects in the market, developing the project team to improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency and boost morale. All members of the project team as well as other areas within the company or individuals influence the project’s results or execution (project stakeholders), which are identified and managed as a continuous process during the entire project lifetime, in order to understand their degree of influence and to manage their expectations. The level and the nature of the interactions can vary according to the stakeholders and their level of influence, as defined in the project communication plan. Overall responsibility will be for projects type L1-L3 (processing project applicant level) and/or L1-L3-NPI (packaging project applicant level) in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations.
The position will be office based in Algiers, Algeria but requires traveling to customer site maximum 20-30% yearly to do kit installation and support work.
